As every year Pluto is organizing a conference on matters relating to Free Software. This Year Pluto Meeting will be held between December 9 and 11 in the Multimedia Center of the Italian city of Terni.

After the unquestioned success this event encountered during the past years, this year the Meeting is defining itself as the meeting point between the Italian free software community and the enterprise sector.

The Meeting will be divided in three days and will center around talks that will focus on the interests of companies, professionals and end users. Courses on Linux-related topics, hardware and software demos and the usual Installfest will complete the event.

The area dedicated to exibitors will empower Italian and international companies to directly reach other companies and demo their products to end users. The exibit area is located outside of the Multimedia Center but is enclosed by canvas tensors that protect it from the rain. Each such structure is 10m x 10m in size and is carpeted. Stands are 3m x 3m in size and a maximum of six can be housed within the same single structure (multiple stands can be booked as necessary).

Stands include :

• Dividing panels on three sides;
  
• A table and two chairs;
  
• Network connectivity;
  

The event will be announced to the specialized press as well as those TV and radio stations that broadcast countrywide.

Several levels of sponsorship are available

1. Platinum Level



• The company logo will be included in all printed materials, proceedings and on thewebsite of the event;
• Company support will be acknowledged at the opening and closing of the event;
  
• Company support will be acknowledged in press anoncements;



2. Gold Level



• A single 3x3 stand;
• Company logo in the exibitors page of the Meeting's website;



3. Silver Level



• Enclosure of product/company related flyers in the conference folders the attendees will receive

Notes:

A gold sponsorship can be extended to multiple stands of size 3x3 resulting in costs increased proportionally. Configurations different than those provided can be arranged at company expense.
